Introducing “Great Egret In Breeding Plumage”

This one has been available for over 2½ years but must have fallen through the cracks. I just put it on our website.

It was early Spring, and we were in Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge before sunrise.   While there, a fellow photographer told us about the birds nesting in Sugden Regional Park in Naples, Florida, so off we went.   We found the place he said we could launch our canoe and soon saw nesting Anhingas and this Great Egret.
