The 36th Annual Melbourne Art Festival will be open from 9 am to 5 pm both Saturday, April 24, and Sunday around the north lake at Wickham Park in Melbourne. This will our sixth year participating in this festival and the fourth year at this location.

Our first visits, in 2015schedule and 2016, were downtown on New Haven Avenue extending from Livingston Street east to US-1. Our appearances in 2017 through 2019 were in Wickham Park. Last year’s festival was canceled due to COVID.
This festival is free to the public. Besides the 250 artists, there will be continuous live entertainment, a 5k run, KidsWorld, a student art competition, and student workshops. Saturday evening, there will be a free concert with local and regional acts. I don’t yet know if there will be any COVID casualties to these plans.
