Masai Giraffes
Masai Mara National Park, Kenya
We spent two weeks in Tanzania and two in Kenya. On that trip we saw three different subspecies of giraffe. The Masai giraffe is the largest of the nine subspecies in Africa, the males reaching up to 19 feet and between 2,000 to 3,000 pounds.
