near Kruger National Park, South Africa
This image was captured in a village just outside Kruger National Park during our South Africa trip in 2007.
The Shangaans are a Nguni tribe assimilated, but not conquered by the Tsonga tribe. Apparently, the other members of that group object to being called Shangaan. It's complicated.
