Three Polar Bears
Churchill, Manitoba, Canada
Polar Bears are usually solitary animals. When they congregate around Churchill, however, they can be sociable. Sometimes bears will form friendships that can last for many weeks. Play-fighting, especially for young males, may be a way of practicing for serious competition for mates later in life.
