Returns and Exchanges

What May Be Returned (and When)

• Sale items may not be returned.
• Items bought at an art festival may only be returned to our booth that same weekend, unless other arrangements have been made.
• For items bought online, a return may be requested within one week of receipt.
• Special orders may not be returned. Modifications may be negotiated.

What May Be Exchanged (and When)

• Any item may be exchanged for any larger image at any time as long as it remains in its original condition.
• An exchange for a smaller image may only be requested within one week of receipt, unless previously arranged.
• Any exchange for a different image will be considered two transactions; a return and a new purchase.

Conditions

• Customer must have receipt.
• Customer pays for return shipping.
• Returned items must be in original condition.
• If accepted, the full sale price will be refunded, or credited to the new item in an exchange. (There will be no "restock" fee.)
• For any refund, the buyer has the option of taking a store credit in lieu of refund. Store credit will be subject to the same conditions as our gift certificates and some form of certificate will be issued.
• If a store credit is not chosen, we will try to return your money to the same credit card that was used in the sale. If that isn't possible or you paid in some other fashion (like cash), we will issue a check.
